GSS Infotech Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company as 'Mayes Technologies Private Limited' on October 13, 2003 in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. The name of the Company was changed to 'GSS America Infotech Private Limited' on June 15, 2006. The status of the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to 'GSS America Infotech Limited'. The Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh, issued a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 7, 2006. The name of the Company was later changed to 'GSS Infotech Limited' on May 16, 2010. GSS Infotech is a leading provider of consulting, technology, outsourcing and next-generation digital services. GSS primary focus is in the ADMS (Application Development and Maintenance Services), IMS (Infrastructure Mana ...gement Services) and Healthcare services, while the major revenue contributor has been Professional Services. GSS Infotech is an India based IT consulting and Software Development Company. During 2006-07 further the company has also acquired the balance 40% stake in its US subsidiary GSS America Inc. In the year 2008, GSS America Infotech Ltd (GSS) is entered in the capital markets with an initial public offering, IPO of 34,97,495 Equity Shares, for cash, at a premium to be decided through a 100% Book Built Issue.
